Our Story

The first Los Pollos Hermanos restaurant was founded in Michoacán, Mexico, by Gustavo Fring and his partner Maximino Arcinega. Wanting to spread their ancestor's love for cooking, they quickly expanded their talents all over the US.

Our Heritage

In the little village where we were born life moved at a slower pace. There my two uncles were known far and wide for their delicious cooking. People called them 'Los Pollos Hermanos' (The Chicken Brothers). Today we carry on their tradition in a manner that would make my uncles proud.

We honour our family traditions by using the finest ingredients in the US and Mexico, and bringing them together with love and care. We season our zesty chicken using only the freshest herbs and spices, then slow cook to perfection.

Our Community

Los Pollos Hermanos frequently teams up with local businesses and law enforcement agencies to underwrite community outreach events. We proudly support local branches of the Fire Department, DEA, various school districts, hospitals, and more.
